Black November – Online Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • The Black November Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid exclusively on www.Bata.co.za from 3rd November 2025 to 1st December 2025 or while stocks last.
  • By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Bata South Africa reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion, including changes to dates, pricing, discounts, or product availability, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of such a change, you will be informed via the website or via email.
  • All decisions made by Bata South Africa regarding the Promotion are final and binding in terms of local legislation.

During the promotional period, the following online offers will apply:

 

30% Off Sitewide (Excluding Toughees)

  • A 30% discount applies to all full-priced Bata styles across the site, except the Toughees range.
  • The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional code, voucher, or discount.
  • Offer valid while stocks last.

Additional 20% Off Sale

  • Customers will receive an extra 20% off all sale items during the promotional period.
  • The additional discount will automatically apply at checkout; no promo code required.
  • Offer cannot be used with any other promotion, voucher, or discount code.
  • Final pricing reflects the combined markdown and additional discount.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Promotional items can be exchanged in accordance with Bata’s Online Returns Policy, provided the product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Where items were purchased as part of a “Buy 1 Get 50% Off the 2nd Pair” deal, both items must be returned together for an exchange or refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will reflect the final amount paid (after discounts), not the original full price.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Availability

  • All offers are valid while stocks last.
  • Certain sizes, colours, or styles may sell out quickly.
  • No rainchecks or backorders will be accepted during the Promotion period.

5. Exclusions

  • The Promotion excludes gift cards, accessories, and newly released styles unless otherwise specified.
  • Loyalty vouchers, or any other promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with these offers.

6. Amendments & Rights

  • Bata South Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. In the event of such a change, you will be informed via the website or via email.
  • Errors and omissions are excepted. Bata South Africa will not be held responsible for any typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or system malfunctions that may affect pricing, product information, or promotional availability on the website. In such cases, Bata reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or amend affected orders where necessary, with full communication to the customer.
  • Due to high order volumes during the Black November period, delivery and fulfilment times may be longer than usual. While every effort will be made to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur, and customers will be notified where possible.
