Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Information

Bata delivers within South Africa using several preferred delivery services. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

  • Door-to-Door Delivery

Free for orders over R500. Orders under R500 will be charged a flat rate of R100.

A signature (physical or electronic) is required upon delivery.

Ensure the delivery address has someone available to receive and sign for the order.

For special instructions, please include them in the comments section during checkout.

  • Pargo Collection

Free for orders over R500. Orders under R500 will be charged a flat rate of R50.

How Pargo works:

Shop - add your selected items to the cart, at checkout select Pargo

Select Pargo Point - Select your preferred Pargo point and complete checkout

Collect - you will receive a SMS & email notification when your parcel arrives at the Pargo point. Collect when suits you best!

  • Collection from our DC

Free collection on all orders directly from our DC in Hammersdale, KZN. Collect between 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays.

Once you have received your confirmation that your order is ready, bring along your order confirmation to collect your order.

Orders not collected within 7 working days, will be cancelled and refunded.
